Working on the Lithium experiment

Research Interests

I am interested in using ultracold atom experiments to learn more about out-of-equilibrium situations and many-body, correlated states. After inquiring the physics of quenches in 2D (Kibble-Zurek mechanism, transverse condensation) and of the complex light-atom interactions in dense clouds, I am now investigating the conduction of fermions through a quantum wire (atomtronics).

Short CV

  • 2010-2012: Master degree at ETHZ - Willi Studer pize for best result - Excellence and opportunity Fellow
  • 2012: internship in the Monitor strategy consulting company
  • 2012-2016: PhD candidate at École Normale Supérieure and Collège de France, "The 2D Bose gas in box potentials"; Finalist on the 3mn thesis contest (video, in French), L'Oréal-Unesco fellow "For Women in Science" (snapshot)
  • 2016-present: postdoc in the Lithium team - ETH Fellow - Awarded a Marie Curie ERC fellowship.
